Practice Head – Automation (IPA/AI/ML)

We at ARGES GLOBAL is looking for a Practice Head – Automation (IPA/AI/ML) to be based in Pune.

Responsible to build AI/ML practice and generate business, ensure delivery and run operations of the practice
Act as IPA/AI/ML lead role for our AI/ML Practice and products catering to industries mainly but not restricted to BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail
Able to consult, advice and help in pre-sales of Automation based solutions for large reputed enterprise clients in private and public sector
Ability to communicate with customers, C level executives of reputed organizations within India and abroad.
Lead the solutions architecture and delivery of the same at Customer end which will involve Project Management and Managing Delivery and OEM partners for successful project implementation.
Take joint responsibility of the Sales Targets along with the Country Sales Head

At least 15 years of total experience in the Technology space with 8 years managing large Deliveries and teams and Project Management experience. Experience of having worked in AI/ML/IPA/NLG of at least 6 years
Must be hands-on technical expert – with at least 2 -3 years in Project Development, 2 years in Project Management and 5 to 7 years of Presales / Solution Architect.
Have hand-on experience as Automation Solution Architect working with multiple Technologies like RPA, Custom Dev, BPM, etc to build and arrive at end solution based on the client problem statement.
Should have provided leadership, mentoring and dealt with real-life use cases of Automation based solutions for the industry in at least one major domain like BFSI or Manufacturing.
Past experience as a professionally employed team lead successfully building Automation solutions for enterprise use cases, or self-employed/entrepreneur or similar roles.
This position reports directly to the MD/Chairman.
Compensation will be commensurate with the relevant experience and market standards.
