Automation Lead – RPA, Software Development and Testing. Data Modelling, BI, AI and ML

Responsible for end to end RPA Automation Delivery customers which include Onsite Process Study, Project Estimations and Report creation.
Documentation of AS is Process and Bring out TO BE processes based on process study and Data Analysis.
Support sales team on RFP/RFI responses, customer presentation, conduct customer specific personalized demos and deliver high impact POCs
Participate in client interactions during the deal process to better understand the context and design client specific Automation solutions
Create, update and maintain Automation use case repository
Attending meetings acting as a Solution Architect
Draft the Techno Functional Solution along with BOM and commercials
Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals
Along with the Sales team work closely and collaboratively with customers to design high ROI solutions
Along with the Sales team work closely with customers to understand and capture business requirements
Understanding of Market Leading Automation Solutions along with Hardware and Infra Specifications
Build solutions for different industry landscapes
Able to support our clients and Sales team in APAC (especially India, Hong Kong and Singapore)

Graduate in Computer Science with knowledge of basic programming – minimum experience in programming of at least 3 years .Net (C#, C++ or Vb) and/or Java. Knowledge of at least one Rdbms system Sql Server and/or Oracle and/or My Sql or any other Database.
Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in the software industry and have experience for min of 3yrs on ground implementations and delivery
Previous onsite delivery experience is a must
Available to travel up to 75% of the time at client locations
Business process minded with good presentation and communication skills
An ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff (end users/process teams) in a way that is easy to understand
Excellent communication skills with the expert level use of Ms-Office and MS Project
Drafting estimations and costs
Min of 2yrs Experience with Automation Anywhere is a must with in depth knowledge of Control Room, iQ BOT and Meta BOT.
Additional experience wthBlue Prism, Openspan, BI – Qlik etc is a big plus along with AI and ML Products and Solutions
Experience on Enterprise Content Management (ECM) & Business Process Management (BPM) technology
Experience in Mobility,AI, ML &RPA Domain
Any experience in Information Security Solutions will be a plus
